Cate Blanchett, I’ve always
had a thing for her. I can’t really put my finger on it. Is it the apparent sense of integrity she shows? Is it her mystical aura? Or is it just her sheer beauty? Regardless, I
just really like that woman. Ok, I can’t claim that I know her, I haven’t even met her but I
imagine if I did she would not be a disappointment. Then again, what little
knowledge I have of her character it is largely based on characters she’s
played. My favorite one probably being from The Aviator (2004), where she truly does
the role of Katharine Hepburn justice.
Below is a link to a great scene from The Aviator that come to think of it is probably how I imagine it would be if I were to meet her parents. Which further proves my disillusion of what she must really be like. None the less, I still like her though. Call me shallow and/or naïve if you will.
